Kenyan hitmaker Iyanii has left tongues wagging and men sweating after boldly revealing the staggering amount of money he spoils his girlfriend, She’s Kemunto, with every month.
During a quick-fire interview with SPM Buzz at a recent Nairobi event, the Pombe crooner confessed that he gives his girlfriend a monthly “allowance” ranging between Sh150,000 and Sh200,000, depending on her expenses.
“I give girlfriend allowance to Kemunto. It depends, sometimes bills are high, sometimes they’re low. On the lower side, I give her around Sh150,000, but when she has more bills, I give about Sh200,000,” Iyanii revealed.

The revelation immediately lit up social media, with many Kenyan men jokingly accusing the singer of “raising the bar too high” for the average boyfriend.
Others, however, praised him for setting new relationship standards.
This bombshell comes just weeks after the Donjo Maber hitmaker made another jaw-dropping confession, that he is still a virgin at 27, despite being in a relationship with Kemunto.
Iyanii stunned fans after disclosing that he has never been sexually active, even with his current lover.

The singer told Alex Mwakideu on his podcast that he introduced Kemunto to the public barely a week after they started dating.
“I’ve not been sexually active with any woman, including Kemunto. I’m waiting until the right time,” he said during the interview, uploaded on Mwakideu’s YouTube channel on September 20, 2025.
Iyanii’s revelations, from his generous “girlfriend allowance” to his vow of purity, have sparked intense debate online, cementing his reputation as one of Kenya’s most unpredictable and headline-grabbing entertainers.
