Sources close to the couple revealed that the two exchanged vows just a day after Chesang successfully presented dowry to Chanelle’s family in a colorful traditional ceremony.

Guests invited to the strictly private affair received elegant invitation cards that read in part:

“We are excited to invite you to the koito celebration and chaik of Chanelle Kittony to Sen. Allan Chesang on Saturday, November 1. This occasion marks a joyful milestone, and we are honored to share it exclusively with our invited guests. Kindly note: This is an invite-only event. The traditional wedding comes barely six months after the couple’s lavish engagement ceremony held in July 2025, which was equally star-studded.

That event drew political heavyweights including KANU Chairman and former Baringo Senator Gideon Moi, Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi, and several other dignitaries, family members, and close friends.

Chanelle Kittony currently serves as the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Public Works, Roads, and Infrastructure in Trans Nzoia County.

She hails from one of Kenya’s most influential families.

Chanelle is the daughter of Radio Africa Group Chairman Kiprono Kittony and granddaughter of former Senator and Maendeleo Ya Wanawake Organisation (MYWO) chairperson Zipporah Kittony.
