Flamboyant city lawyer Ahmednassir Abdhullahi has heaped praises on Moses Kuria for ditching William Ruto’s government.
The Senior Counsel lauded Moses Kuria for being a good man as he wished him all the best in his next endeavor.
In a tweet sighted by Nairobi News on Tuesday, July 8, Ahmednassir acknowledged Moses Kuria’s complex political character, holding that he has exhibited both his strengths and weaknesses during his stint in the political arena.

He wrapped up by commending the politician for his desire to make a positive impact in the country.
“Moses, you are a good man. You had your strengths and weaknesses, but nobody questioned your desire or will to create an impact. I wish you well in your next project,” Ahmednassir tweeted.
The advocate’s message to Kuria came barely hours after the politician announced his resignation from the Kenya Kwanza government.

As earlier reported by a cross section of the Kenyan media, Moses Kuria broke the news of his resignation through social media where he cited a desire to pursue personal interests.
Through his post on Twitter, Moses Kuria thanked President Ruto for the opportunity to serve in key roles, including Cabinet secretary for Investments, Trade, and Industry; Cabinet secretary for Public Service and Performance.
“This evening I have met my boss and my friend President William Ruto. The President has graciously accepted my decision to resign from government. I thank President Ruto for having given me an opportunity to serve as Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry for 11 months, Public Service, Delivery and Performance Management for 9 months and Senior Evomomic Advisor for the last 10 months. As I move on to pursue personal interests I am proud of the work the President and I did to implement the Bottom Up Economic Transformation Agenda which I designed together with the President as our 2022 Electoral Platform. Long Live Kenya,” he wrote.
Until his resignation, Moses Kuria was a senior economic advisor to the President.
His resignation came quite as a surprise to many since he was seen as one of William Ruto’s strongest soldiers.
