Safaricom has announced a planned system upgrade on the Fuliza overdraft platform as part of ongoing efforts to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
According to the company, the upgrade is scheduled for Monday, November 17, 2025, and will run from 1:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. During this one-hour maintenance window, Fuliza services may experience intermittent interruptions.
Safaricom emphasized that all other M-PESA services will remain fully operational throughout the period.
The telco noted that the upgrade is part of continuous investment in safer, more secure, and more reliable financial services, aimed at ensuring customers enjoy seamless access to digital products.
“The timing of this maintenance activity has been carefully planned to minimize inconvenience to our customers,” Safaricom said in its notice.
The company apologized for any inconvenience the temporary disruption may cause and thanked customers for their continued trust and support.
