Revered radio personalities Gidi Ogidi and his counterpart Ghost Mulee have been named Kenya’s most-loved radio presenters.
The two Radio Jambo’s creme de la creme radio hosts Gidi Ogidi and Ghost Mulee were crowned by Infotrack following a recent public opinion poll.
According to the poll, Gidi Ogidi and Ghost Mulee emerged top in the category thanks to their viral breakfast show.
According to InfoTrack, Gidi and Ghost’s win was owed to parameters that include audience reach, content relatability, entertainment value, and public influence.
Through their show, the duo managed to curve a niche for themselves in the confessions’ arena with their segment Patanisho.
Nairobi News understands that the Patanisho segment usually sees the two veteran Radio hosts play mediators between two parties, mostly ex-couples and offer reconciliation while at it.
It is through the aforementioned segment that Gidi and Ghost endeared themselves to uncountable radio listeners across the world.
It should be noted that Gidi and Ghost’s show usually go on air every Monday to Friday, from 6.00am all the way to 10.00am.
Following the Infotrack declaration, a host of Kenyans took to different social media platforms to laud Gidi and Ghost for the same.
The latest turn of events excited Gidi Ogidi who could not help but take to social media to thank his fans for always believing in him.
In a post sighted by this writer, the radio personality wrote;
