Gone are the days when Kenyan women would shy away from shooting their shot at men they admire.
Today, many ladies are bold, confident, and unapologetic when it comes to expressing their desires, even in the most unconventional ways.
A beautiful Kenyan filmmaker, identified as Tina Clara, recently left social media in stitches after posting what many have called the “most creative job vacancy ever.”
In a viral poster shared online, Tina announced that she was hiring a houseboy, but not just any ordinary one.
Her ideal candidate, she revealed, must be well-built, have six-pack abs, a charming smile, a great sense of style, smell amazing, and, of course, be extremely handsome.
For all that, she promised a jaw-dropping salary of Sh1.5 million.

Among the listed “duties” were some rather interesting tasks: washing, waxing, beating her ex-lovers, making her happy, carrying her in public, massaging her twice daily, and driving her around.
Tina didn’t stop there.
In the self-description section of her poster, she cheekily wrote that she hates cooking, talking back, and doesn’t respect men, but quickly reminded everyone that she’s very rich.
“Kuna kazi yenu hapa. Read carefully, sitaki tukose kuelewana ☺️,” she captioned the post, which quickly spread like wildfire across Kenyan social media.
The post sparked a wave of reactions online, with many netizens bursting into laughter.
While some men flooded the comments section volunteering for the position, others joked that no sane man would dare take up the role.
A good number, however, claimed that Tina was not looking for a houseboy, had cleverly disguised her search for a husband in the job vacancy announcement.
Many agreed that whether serious or just joking, Tina had earned herself the unofficial title of comedian of the year with her hilarious yet witty “job advertisement.”
