Rigathi Gachagua Discloses He Will Report William Ruto To ICC

Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has threatened to report President William Ruto to the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity.

According to the former Deputy President, plans are underway to take the pleas of many Kenyans to the Netherlands based court.

These, the Democracy for the Citizen Party(DCP) leader revealed just moments before he departed for the United States for a two months tour.

The DCP party leader insisted that only the ICC can deal with William Ruto as local police and courts play to his tunes and are like a toothless dog to him.

Rigathi went down the memory lane by referencing William Ruto’s past case against humanity during the 2007/2008 post-election violence at the ICC.

Gachagua went further to question Ruto on how police are going to deal with goons yet they work in tandem with them, receiving their protection.

The former DP insisted that Ruto should be the one to be reported to police or any other higher authority since he is responsible for unleashing against the community.

In a Facebook post published on Wednesday, July 9, Gachagua wrote;

“Give us a break!

How do we report state-sponsored millitia and those who organized them to the police who supervised them as they burned and looted property?

You are asking us to name those who organised? I named you as the person responsible for unleashing violence against the community that made you President.

How do I report you to the same police you directed to supervise and protect the militia as they brutalized Kenyans?

You have even gone further to add insult to injury by directing them to shoot innocent Kenyans on the legs.

You could not even send condolences to the dead.

You lack feelings and humanity. We shall report you NOT to the Kenyan police but the International Criminal Court an address you are familiar with.”

His sentiments were echoed by many Kenyans who hit the comments section of his post to encourage him to hasten the process of reporting Ruto to the ICC.

Gachagua left for the US on the aforementioned date and will tour various states to engage Kenyans in diaspora.

He also intends to update the international community on the current sad state of affairs in Kenya.
