House of hippos: Terence Creative’s wife Milly Chebby calls out man for body-shaming her

If there is any public figure who has weathered countless online attacks, then Terence Creative’s wife, Milly Chebby, carries the day hands down.

Milly and her husband Terence have, over the past few years, fought to keep countless haters and critics at bay.

Despite their thick skin, critics have continued tormenting them through body-shaming attacks.

Just recently, a random netizen shamelessly attacked Milly over her weight.

The whole debacle started when Milly posted a photo of herself with her husband, which the male netizen capitalized on.

“House of hippos,” the man attacked.

In a quick rejoinder, Milly Chebby posted a screenshot of the man’s Facebook profile, followed by a short caption to fight off his attack.

“This nonsense must stop. To the people who think body shaming is okay, my body is not a topic for your entertainment. I choose confidence, self-love, and peace. Body shaming won’t break me; it only shows the kind of person you are, Mukui. Finally, in a world where people feel comfortable tearing others down, choose to love yourself louder. My body is not perfect, but it is mine, and I respect it,” she wrote.

Her response impressed most of her followers, who camped in the comments section of her post to deal with the man accordingly.

Many called him out for body-shaming an innocent soul.

A multitude held that gone are the days when people would use others’ physical features to demean them.

“And his name Mukui in Kimeru means Mkufi 💔💔 no one is talking about it 🤔.”

Steve Musa Obago stated:

“Milly Chebby, you are my precious friend 🧡 You know where we’ve both come from over the years. We’ve worked together, we’ve traveled together, and at some point we traveled together with Terence Macharia as well. My advice is this 👌: don’t ever respond to these people. Leave them. Don’t bother. Love you both.”

Adhiambo Nya Ragumbi said:

“Hurt people hurt others. It’s got nothing to do with you, trust me. They are just projecting their hurt on you to feel good about themselves. Like why exactly would someone be bothered by someone’s body type? Surely. Aje sasa.”

It should be noted that this is the umpteenth time Chebby and Terence have had to deal with haters.
