Witty content creator Flaqo Raz and his family have been thrown into a sombre mood following the sudden demise of his niece.
The comic took to social media to break the sad news on the evening of Sunday, August 24, 2025.
In a series of emotional Insta-stories updates sighted by this writer, Flaqo mourned his niece Alicia Atieno and remembered her as a sweet little girl.
He disclosed that the deceased succumbed to sickle cell anemia.

Sweet Little Alicia
In one slide, Flaqo posted Alicia’s photo looking jovial during her lifetime, followed by the caption;
“Our sweet little Alicia has rested. Damn sickle cell.”
He also shared an old video of himself picking his niece from school.
“Pov: First time picking my niece from school,” he captioned.
Flaqo’s revelation broke the hearts of his fans and followers who camped on his Facebook page to console and condole with him and his entire family.
Alicia’s mother also took to social media to mourn her daughter with and emotional and touching tribute.
The grieving mother noted that Alicia was not just her daughter but also her best friend.
She revealed that Alicia had battled illness with incredible courage before her passing.

“My best friend. You could have kept fighting, we were almost there… It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved grade six learner, Alicia Atieno. Alicia faced her illness with remarkable strength and courage, touching the lives of many around her,” Laura wrote.
Flaqo Attacks Forex Traders
Just recently Flaqo caused mayhem online after sharing a skit showing how forex traders learn the trade and make their money.
The clip which painted most forex traders as homosexuals irked a section of traders who responded with mean remarks.
Among them was Kenyan Prince who went as far as ‘buying’ a car for Flaqo’s ex lover to replace the one the comedian had bought her and repossessed after their split.
