Kenya Airways increases flight frequency to Kisumu to meet high weekend travel demand


To better serve our passengers and accommodate the increased travel demand, Kenya Airways has increased its flight frequency to Kisumu over the weekend of 17–20 October.

On Friday, 17 October, two additional flights have been scheduled: KQ656, departing at 1330 HRS, and KQ658, departing at 1900 HRS.

On Saturday, 18 October, an additional early morning flight, KQ650, will depart at 0650 HRS.

Additionally, flight KQ654, departing at 0805 HRS, has been upgraded to a Boeing 737, offering increased capacity and enhanced comfort.

For Sunday, 19 October, the KQ654 (0805 HRS) flight continues with the Boeing 737 upgrade, and KQ671, departing at 1900 HRS, will also operate with a Boeing 737.

On Monday, 20 October, both KQ654 and KQ670 have been upgraded to Boeing 737 aircraft, maintaining the expanded capacity into the new week.
