Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi’s son, Moses Budamba Mudavadi, is officially off the market, Nairobi News has learnt.
Moses sealed his union with the love of his life, Quillian Ndeso Saiya, in a flamboyant and colourful wedding ceremony graced by top national leaders and dignitaries.
The two lovebirds exchanged vows on Saturday, November 2025, at the Ulinzi Sports Stadium, in the presence of high-profile guests, including President William Ruto.
According to analysts, the wedding not only marked the beginning of their life together but also symbolised the coming together of two highly respected families from Western Kenya.
The ceremony effortlessly blended modern elegance with Christian faith and the couple’s rich Luhya cultural traditions, creating a vibrant and memorable celebration.
Notably, the wedding came barely two months after a glamorous traditional ceremony at the bride’s home in Malava.

Nairobi News understands that Quillian Ndeso Saiya hails from a wealthy and well-connected family.
Her father, William Saiya, previously served as the GSU Commandant, while her mother, former nominated senator Naomi Shiyonga, served between 2017 and 2022, boasting an extensive career in public service.
Fate and personal choices eventually brought Quillian into the path of Moses Budamba Mudavadi, sparking a romance that blossomed into a powerful union between two prominent families.
Their love story culminated in a glamorous wedding that marked the beginning of a new chapter.

William Ruto Attends Noordin Haji’s Son’s Wedding
The Mudavadi wedding came just hours after another high-profile celebration, the wedding of National Intelligence Service (NIS) boss Noordin Haji’s son, Noordin Mohamed Haji, who married his longtime partner in a star-studded ceremony.
As earlier reported, Noordin’s son officially tied the knot on Saturday, November 29, in Masalani, Garissa County.
Mohamed Haji and his bride, Jamila Mohammed Abdulgader Al Sawae, exchanged vows in a ceremony rich in Islamic customs and Somali traditions, honouring the family’s cultural heritage.
