In a powerful and soul-searching address, President William Ruto has called on Kenyans to pause, reflect, and consider the possibility that the country is on the cusp of a profound transformation one that demands bold leadership, public patience, and faith in a future that has long been delayed.
“What if I am an agent of destiny for the transformation of a nation whose promise has been delayed for far too long?” the President asked, in one of the most evocative moments of his address. “Give me a chance. And judge me fairly when the time comes.”
Speaking to a nation grappling with economic headwinds, political realignments, and widespread demands for change, Ruto reaffirmed his commitment to lead from the front insisting that his administration is neither gambling nor experimenting, but working with discipline and purpose to rebuild Kenya’s foundation.
