Well, the youthful and flamboyant politician recently broke the hearts of many of his admirers after formally engaging her beautiful lover.
Nairobi News has learnt Chesang on Saturday, July 12, held a mother of all engagement party that saw the attendance of the who is who in the political circle.
Chesang went down on one knee to ask for his lover’s hand in marriage in a private ceremony held in Tran Nzoia.
This publication understands the youthful politician engaged Channelle Kittony who is the Trans Nzoia’s CECM for Public Works, Roads and Infrastructure.
For this in the dark, Channelle is the daughter of Kiprono Kittony and a granddaughter to former Senator and Maendeleo Ya Wanawake Organisation (MYWO) chairperson Zipporah Kittony.
News of the colourful engagement party was made public by Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi who was among the attendees.
In a Facebook post seen by Nairobi News, Sudi posted various photos from the ceremony followed by a message of good will dedicated to the couple.
“I attended the engagement ceremony of Trans Nzoia Senator Allan Chesang and Channelle Kittony, CECM for Public Works, Roads, and Infrastructure in Trans Nzoia County. The ceremony was attended by KANU Chairman Gideon Moi, local leaders, family, and friends. Channelle Kittony is the daughter of my good friend Kiprono Kittony and the granddaughter of former Senator and Maendeleo Ya Wanawake Organization (MYWO) chairperson Zipporah Kittony. I wish the couple a lifetime of love, happiness, and togetherness as they begin their new journey together,” Sudi wrote.
It should be noted this is the first time Allan Chesang’s romantic relationship was made public.
The Senator has been very private about his dating life, save for the time he jokingly claimed he was dating comedian Dem Wa Facebook.
