With no support system and facing neglect from relatives who allegedly dismissed his condition as an act, Alex’s situation had deteriorated to a critical point.

Mosiria revealed that when he encountered Alex in Kahawa Sukari, he was in a vulnerable state, grappling with depression and addiction that had not only affected his health but also threatened his future, including the risk of losing his inheritance.

Moved by his condition, Mosiria took swift action and admitted him to a rehabilitation centre, where he could receive professional care and support. The intervention marked a turning point in Alex’s life.

After weeks of treatment, Mosiria shared encouraging updates, noting that Alex has responded well to rehabilitation and is now on the path to recovery.

He is reportedly doing much better and is awaiting discharge soon, a development that has inspired many.

Taking to social media, Mosiria posted before-and-after photos documenting Alex’s transformation.

The images, which showed a remarkable improvement in his physical appearance and overall well-being, quickly went viral, drawing admiration from netizens who applauded Mosiria’s compassion and dedication.

In his heartfelt post, Mosiria wrote:

“Meet Alex, a young man I rescued from Kahawa Sukari, where he was struggling with depression and mental health challenges after losing both his parents. Sadly, the rest of his relatives neglected him, claiming he was faking his illness.
When I met him, I didn’t focus on the condition he was in or the clothes he was wearing I saw someone who genuinely needed help. I took him to a rehabilitation centre, where he is currently undergoing treatment and receiving the care he deserves.
I’m happy to report that he is now doing well and is awaiting discharge soon.
