Andrew Kibe is back and this time, with the loudest bang.
The outspoken content creator has once again set social media abuzz after launching a scathing attack on controversial Kenyan preacher Victor Kanyari, barely days after he purchased and publicly acknowledged the much-talked-about book, 28 Commandments.
In what has quickly become a viral moment, Kibe went ham on Kanyari through a video shared on his Facebook page, making it clear that buying the book did not in any way signal support, reconciliation, or a softening of his long-held stance against the preacher.
No Peace Between Kibe and Kanyari
On the contrary, the creative used the opportunity to draw a sharp line in the sand, insisting that some differences simply cannot be patched up.
“Buying someone’s book does not mean I support their character or behaviour,” he said, insisting that a purchase should not be mistaken for endorsement.

In the witty yet cutting video sighted by this writer, the content creator stated that he could never be friends with Kanyari and would never condone his behaviour, regardless of any attempts at rebranding or personal growth.
According to the vicious creative, purchasing the book was purely an individual choice and not an endorsement aimed at softening his heart to forgive Kanyari’s character or past actions.
Kibe said that Kanyari mistakes transactions for forgiveness, adding that buying a book does not erase his dark history or suddenly make him respectable.
“There are people I can never be friends with, and Kanyari is one of them. He bought the book to impress me and try to make peace, but that is not something I am interested in,” he stated, making it clear that no gesture would change his stance.
He emphasised that his values do not align with Kanyari’s conduct and that no gesture big or small would change that.
Andrew went on to claim that Kanyari’s recent public praise of 28 Commandments was nothing more than an attempt to impress him and possibly make peace.
However, the content creator was quick to dismiss any such intentions, bluntly stating that he was not interested.
In his words, as paraphrased from the video, Kibe noted that peace cannot be forced and that he does not accept reconciliation driven by public pressure or image management.
He further remarked that trying to win favour through symbolic acts only exposes desperation rather than sincerity.
Taking the rant a notch higher, Kibe mocked Kanyari’s intellectual capacity, insisting that while the preacher may have bought the book, he was confident Kanyari could not even read it.
“He may have bought the book, but I am sure he cannot even read it. He bought the book to impress me and try to make peace, but that is not something I am interested in,” Kibe said sarcastically, questioning the sincerity of the purchase.
“The only thing he has ever been consistent at is promiscuity,” he added.
No Bribery
In a sarcastic jab, Kibe implied that the purchase was more about optics than substance, suggesting the book was likely bought for show rather than for learning.
The explosive remarks came just days after Kanyari posted a video of himself praising 28 Commandments and its author, openly celebrating the purchase and appearing to extend an olive branch toward Kibe.
The move had sparked mixed reactions online, with some netizens interpreting it as a sign of maturity, while others saw it as a calculated PR stunt.
Despite those efforts, Kibe doubled down, stating that no amount of goodwill gestures would change his perception.
Vicious Enemies
He added, paraphrasing his comments, that Kanyari’s attempts at appearing reformed do not match his past actions, and that consistency not theatrics is what defines genuine change.
Perhaps the most brutal part of the rant was when Kibe concluded that, despite all the efforts to appear better, the only thing Kanyari is truly good at is promiscuity.
The remark, though harsh, was delivered in Kibe’s trademark unapologetic style, igniting heated debate across social media platforms.
As expected, the video has drawn massive reactions, with supporters applauding Kibe for “speaking his truth” while critics accuse him of unnecessary cruelty.
Andrew’s return to the spotlight has been anything but quiet, and his latest clash with Victor Kanyari has once again proven that he remains one of Kenya’s most polarising online personalities.
