Celebrated man of God Bishop Kiengei has sparked mixed reactions on social media after a video of him advising women to desist from sleeping with married men during one of his recent sermons at his church.
Kiengei, in his sermon, advised such ladies to keep off other women’s husbands if they want to live happily.
A seemingly furious Kiengei blatantly called out husband snatchers, referring to them as fools.
According to the preacher, no sane man will leave his wife for a side dish.
He reiterated that such men usually do not really love their clandestine partners but are only with them for copulation.
Kiengei insisted that there is nowhere such illicit affairs will lead, as the men will always dump the ladies after using them and run back to their wives.
He stated that married men are only after such ladies because of their bodies and what they can offer in the bedroom and are not interested in long-lasting relationships.
He added that married men will dump the side dishes and go after others before running back home to their wives.
“Wale wanadate wazee wa wenyewe hapa, you are very useless. You are very useless. That man cannot leave his children or wife for you. Anakutumia juu uko na joto na wewe ni mtight. Mimi nitawaambia ukweli, si munajua huwa siwafichi. Ni mwezi mmoja tu. Kwa hiyo gari yake huwa anakubebanga, utaona kengine kama wewe tu after amekuwacha,” Kiengei warned.
His sentiments were cheered by his congregants, who clearly agreed with him.
Netizens were not left behind either, as many came out to air their differing opinions on the matter.
Many agreed with Kiengei, holding that married men will only use such ladies and go back to their wives.
Others, however, especially a section of female social media users, differed with Kiengei and defended the acts, citing several marriages that started as illicit affairs between married men and their side pieces.
