Ugandan opposition leader Bobi Wine and his wife Barbie Kyagulanyi are celebrating a major milestone in their family as their daughter, Shalom Namagembe Kyagulanyi, turns 18.
Barbie marked the special occasion with a warm birthday tribute, describing Shalom as an important figure in her life and affectionately referring to her as the “manager” who helps keep things in order.
