Tanzanian music superstar Diamond Platnumz is once again dominating entertainment headlines after his elder sister, Esma Platnumz, made a surprising revelation about the singer’s children.
Speaking during a recent interview with Wasafi FM, Esma dismissed years of speculation surrounding Diamond’s growing family, insisting that the Bongo Flava star is the biological father of only three children.
“Naseeb ana watoto watatu, na mimi nina watoto wawili mmoja bahati mbaya,” Esma claimed.
Her remarks have sparked heated debate across East Africa, with fans revisiting Diamond’s highly publicized relationships and questioning long-standing rumours about his family.

According to Esma, the singer has only three children whom she recognizes as her nieces and nephews.
She further urged the public to stop adding children to Diamond’s name whenever rumours emerge online.
Diamond, whose real name is Naseeb Abdul Juma Issack, has had several high-profile relationships over the years, including with Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan, Tanzanian model Hamisa Mobetto and Kenyan singer Tanasha Donna.
Publicly, he is known to have children from those relationships, although speculation has persisted for years over other alleged children.
