Just hours after teasing fans with signs that she and ex-partner Tyler “Baha” Mbaya might be finding their way back to each other, digital creator Georgina Njenga publicly criticised the former Machachari actor over an incident involving their daughter and it has left many netizens puzzled about what their relationship really looks like.
The pair, who share a daughter named Astra, had recently surprised fans with a collaborative video that sparked speculation they were rekindling their romance after years apart.
The clip, shared on their social platforms stirred excitement among followers who once regarded them as one of Kenya’s most relatable couple stories.
However, any hopes of a seamless reunion were quickly clouded when Georgina took Baha to task about a past moment she described as irresponsible.
She recounted how Baha once showed up to pick up their child at her mother’s house intoxicated and in the company of another woman, a revelation that turned what seemed like an affectionate reconciliation teaser on its head.
Georgina made it clear that while co-parenting remains their priority, she is cautious about the environment their daughter is exposed to and singled out the drunken episode as a moment that crossed a line.
Georgina was apprehensive about her daughter meeting random women.
“Right now, probably in some years. Right now, I’m focused on our kid. Because you have told me you have never dated anyone seriously. You have ever taken a lady to pick up our kid, and you were both intoxicated, and you did not deny it because it was true. Why would you?” she stated.
Baha did not deny the occurrence, calling the woman he was with “just a friend” and apologising for his state, acknowledging it was a mistake.
Interestingly, in their recent public interaction, the same one that got fans talking about a possible reunion, the couple openly addressed whether they could get back together.

Both admitted there might be potential since neither has moved on publicly in any significant romantic way, but emphasised that they had unresolved issues from their past.
Georgina also stressed that while she has never introduced any of her own romantic partners to her daughter, she would expect communication from Baha if he were to bring someone new into their child’s life, particularly under circumstances that imply intimacy or lack of judgement.
This latest exchange, combining nostalgia with a sharp critique of Baha’s conduct, has sparked fresh debate online, forcing fans to reassess whether the duo is truly heading toward a reconciliation or simply navigating the complicated landscape of co-parenting under public scrutiny.
