Kenyan gospel singer Guardian Angel has once again found himself trending online after sharply responding to a fan who accused him of being a “greedy Ben 10” in his marriage to Esther Musila.
The singer, who has in the recent past lost his guard by taking on fans head-on in the comment sections, did not hold back this time, delivering a stinging comeback that has since sparked widespread reactions across social media.
Fan Calls Guardian Angel Out
The drama began after a netizen identified as Babu Joshu slid into the comments section of Guardian Angel’s post, where he openly criticized the singer’s lifestyle and relationship.
Joshu accused the gospel artist of depending on his older wife’s wealth and warned him against expecting any inheritance.

Babu Joshu wrote:
“Hakuna inheritance for a Ben 10! Work harder.”
He further urged the musician to focus on building his own wealth instead of allegedly banking on benefits from Musila’s estate.
Guardian Angel Fires Back
In a quick rejoinder, Guardian Angel blasted Joshu, telling him not to judge what he does not understand.
The singer’s response took a personal twist, dragging the fan’s family into the exchange.
Guardian Angel responded:
“Usiite mtu Ben 10 kama hujui mama Yako anapenda type gani.”
The bold clapback immediately ignited mixed reactions online, with some fans applauding his confidence while others felt he went below the belt.
Not The First Time Under Scrutiny
Guardian Angel’s relationship with Musila has long been a subject of public debate due to their age difference, often attracting the “Ben 10” label from critics.
Recently, the singer has been more vocal in addressing such criticism directly, a shift from his earlier approach of ignoring trolls.
Inheritance Row Adds Fuel
The controversy comes amid ongoing discussions surrounding Musila’s family, particularly a legal dispute involving her children over their late father’s estate.
Reports indicate that the matter dates back to years before Guardian Angel came into the picture, with Musila’s son previously taking legal action over the distribution of wealth.
The situation saw the gospel singer’s name dragged into the dispute, with some critics alleging he could benefit from the inheritance, claims Musila has strongly denied, insisting her husband has built his wealth independently.

Standing His Ground
Despite the noise, Guardian Angel has continued to showcase his personal investments, including land projects and farming ventures, seemingly pushing back against claims that he relies on his wife’s riches.
However, his latest fiery response suggests he is no longer willing to stay silent when provoked, choosing instead to confront critics head-on, even if it means hitting below the belt.
