Whether you’ve created a collection for funny clips, recipes, or trending dances, there may come a time when you want to delete one. What Is a Collection on TikTok?
Collections on TikTok are folders that let you organize your saved videos. Instead of scrolling endlessly through hundreds of saved clips, you can create a collection like “DIY Ideas,” “Travel,” or “Fitness Tips” and add videos to them. This feature is private — meaning no one else can see your collections except you.
However, TikTok does not automatically delete collections when you remove all videos inside. You must manually delete a collection if you no longer want it on your account.
How to Delete a Collection on TikTok
Deleting a collection is simple and can be done directly within the app. Follow these steps:
- Open the TikTok App
Launch the TikTok app on your mobile device and log in if you’re not already logged in. - Go to Your Profile
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen to open your TikTok profile page. - Access Your Saved Videos

Important Things to Note
- Deleted collections cannot be restored. Once deleted, both the collection and its saved videos will be gone from your account.
