TikTok has introduced several features to help users manage and organize the content they like. One of the most useful tools is the Collections feature, which allows users to group their favorite videos into categories for easier access later. Whether it’s cooking recipes, funny skits, or fashion tips, collections make it easy to return to your saved content. However, over time you might find some collections unnecessary or outdated. If you want to clean up your saved videos, you can delete an entire collection in just a few steps.
Accessing Your Saved Collections
To begin, open the TikTok app on your mobile device and go to your profile by tapping the profile icon at the bottom right corner of the screen. Once on your profile, look for the bookmark icon—this is where all your saved videos are stored. Tap on this icon to access your Favorites. Inside the Favorites section, you’ll find the Collections tab, which displays all the folders you have created to organize your saved content.
Selecting the Collection to Delete
After opening the Collections tab, scroll through the list to find the specific collection you want to delete. Tap on that collection to open it and view the videos stored within. At the top-right corner of the screen, there is a three-dot menu or an edit button, depending on your version of the app. Tap on this to reveal the collection settings. From the menu that appears, select the “Delete Collection” option.

TikTok will then prompt you with a confirmation message to ensure you really want to delete the collection. It’s important to note that deleting a collection will not remove the individual videos from your Favorites list—they will still be saved in your general favorites unless you manually un-save them.
Confirming the Deletion
If you are sure about deleting the collection, tap “Delete” when prompted. The collection will be permanently removed from your account. However, you can always create a new collection later and re-organize your favorites if you change your mind.
