The report says that the constituency leadership  has failed to adhere to the  public finance protocols hence exposing public funds to looting and misuse.

Experts further say that,  capacity-building efforts such as training by the Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (PSASB) on financial reporting standards are essential.

Without these interventions, the fund risks continued mismanagement undermining the development.

This comes after residents vowed to send him home for alledgly opposing key development projects.

Bissau had on a certain WhatsApp group opposed the construction of a university in Trans Nzoia county.

“As much as I support having our own University in Trans Nzoia, we don’t mutilate a district hospital to create a University.

Our county health system which must be a priority has collapsed and instead of fixing it the destruction continues,” he said in a WhatsApp group.

Furthermore, Tranzoia County lacks a University and residents depend on other counties to educate their children.
