Liberty Kenya Holdings Appoints Rosalyn Mugoh As Managing Director Of Heritage Insurance Kenya


Liberty Kenya Holdings has announced the appointment of Rosalyn Mugoh as the new Managing Director of Heritage Insurance Kenya Limited, effective immediately, pending the completion of the necessary approvals.

In a statement released on November 7, 2024, Liberty Kenya Holdings expressed confidence in Rosalyn’s leadership, noting her extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors.

With over 14 years of industry expertise, she brings specialized skills in commercial management, strategic business development, and client relations.

Kieran Godden, Group CEO of Liberty Kenya Holdings, praised Rosalyn’s leadership capabilities.

“I have full confidence in Rosalyn’s leadership at Heritage Insurance as we enter this exciting new chapter.

Her comprehensive experience in both commercial and operational leadership will be invaluable as we continue to execute our strategic vision,” said Godden.

Before joining Heritage Insurance, Rosalyn served as the Managing Director and Head of the Commercial Executive Committee at Zamara Kenya.

She has also held senior leadership roles at Aon Kenya and Trustmark Insurance Brokers.

Recognized as a transformational leader and insurance expert, she holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Africa Nazarene University.

Additionally, Rosalyn is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and a graduate of the prestigious Global CEO Africa Program, completed at Strathmore Business School, Yale School of Management, and Lagos Business School.
