Lively actress Sandra Dacha is no stranger to public scrutiny and she is certainly among celebrities who would never remain silent when the internet gets loud.
The former Aunty Boss actress has once again found herself at the centre of online debate, this time over her dramatic physical transformation after using Ozempic.
Known for her bold personality and unapologetic honesty, Dacha recently shut down critics questioning her new look, reiterating that she is happier than ever.
Over the past year, the actress made a bold decision to prioritise her health following a health scare.

As previously reported by a section of the Kenyan media, she turned to Ozempic as part of her weight management journey and has since lost an impressive 33 kilograms in just 11 months.
Proud of her progress, the thespian has been documenting her transformation on Instagram, frequently sharing videos and photos flaunting her new figure.
While many fans have applauded her dedication and praised her confidence, others have been far less kind.
Some social media users claimed her weight loss had altered her appearance drastically, with a section insisting she now looks older than her age.
“Nakaa kukonda sio ya kila mtu… unless upunguze polepole,” one commenter wrote.
While another one cautioned her to stop whatever she was doing, suggesting her looks had changed for the worse.
The remarks didn’t sit well with Dacha and she was not about to let them slide.
On Sunday, December 21, the outspoken actress took to her Facebook page to address the criticism head-on.
Posting a video of herself dressed elegantly, she accompanied it with a caption that left little room for debate.
The actress questioned why strangers felt entitled to police her body, reminding them that her choices are personal and not up for public approval.

“What has my face, neck, and body done to you people?” she wrote.
“I am in my happiest era, by the way.”
Her message was loud and clear: while critics may be fixated on her appearance, she is focused on her joy, health, and peace of mind.
Dacha has previously shared that the transformation has made her feel both “lighter and happier,” noting that the journey has positively impacted not just her physical health but her emotional well-being too.
And despite the noise online, one thing is evident, Sandra Dacha is standing tall, confident, and unbothered, firmly embracing a chapter of her life she says is her happiest yet.
