Nollywood actress Regina Daniels is facing renewed scrutiny after videos emerged showing her in a heated confrontation with staff and acquaintances at her residence.
The footage, which surfaced on Saturday, October 18, 2025, quickly went viral on social media, showing Daniels appearing visibly agitated and allegedly intoxicated while several people tried to restrain her.
The incident has since fueled speculation about trouble in her marriage to Nigerian billionaire and politician Senator Ned Nwoko, with the lawmaker publicly claiming that his wife’s erratic behavior stems from drug and alcohol abuse.

Ned Nwoko Speaks Out
In a statement and video shared on his verified Instagram page, @princenednwoko, on Sunday, October 19, Senator Nwoko accused the actress of being under the influence of drugs and alcohol, alleging that her condition has caused chaos in their home.
“She slapped and hit three staff members in the past 48 hours and destroyed property, including cars and windows, for no just cause. Now she has moved to a place where she will have unrestricted access to drugs,” Nwoko claimed.
The senator added that he had offered his wife two options for rehabilitation, one facility in Asokoro and another in Jordan, to help her recover and restrict her access to harmful substances.
Allegations Against Regina’s Associates
Nwoko further alleged that some of Regina’s close friends were enabling her alleged drug use, naming two individuals whom he referred to as her “suppliers.”
“While I took Moon to the hospital, a scene of chaos unfolded at home, orchestrated by Sammy, Regina’s main drug supplier. Another known supplier of drugs to Regina is the tiny evil devil called Ann,” he alleged.
The claims have since stirred heated debate online, with fans urging both parties to resolve the matter privately.
Regina Daniels’ Family Responds
The actress’s brother, Ojeogwu Samuel Danhillman, popularly known as Sammy West, reacted angrily to Nwoko’s post, accusing the senator of assaulting his sister.
“Anywhere a man beats a woman, whether she’s my sister or not, I’ll fight with my blood,” Sammy West wrote on Instagram.
In one of the viral videos, Regina was heard expressing frustration over her treatment in her husband’s home, saying:
“In Ned Nwoko’s house, I am nothing, but in my own house, I am a queen. Not again. I can’t stand the violence; it’s too much.”
