Police in Nairobi have launched investigations after the body of an unidentified man was discovered dumped in a ditch near Casavera Club along Ngong Road.
The body was discovered on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at around 6am by a florist who had reported to his flower garden outside the club.
According to police, the florist noticed the body of a middle-aged man lying in a ditch with multiple stab wounds and alerted the authorities.
Police officers visited the scene and established that the deceased was an African male adult estimated to be about 30 years old.
The body had several injuries, including stab wounds on the right hand, a deep cut below the right ankle and injuries to the buttocks.
Scenes of crime officers processed the scene before the body was moved to the City Mortuary, where it is being preserved pending identification and postmortem examination.
Police have launched investigations to establish the circumstances surrounding the suspected murder and identify those responsible.

The deceased, identified as Wilfred Omondi, was discovered dead on Saturday morning, November 7, 2026, in the Siany area.
The teenager had attended a night funeral before his body was discovered.
Police established that the deceased, a 16-year-old male juvenile, had visible minor bruises on his body.
Police have commenced investigations to establish the circumstances surrounding his death and determine whether foul play was involved.
The body was moved to Nyabondo Mission Hospital mortuary, where it is being preserved pending a postmortem examination.
