A one-year-old child has lost his life due to his mother’s negligence and carelessness.
The boy, Amillio Gutierrez died after suffering from excess heat and suffocation.
The deceased went to be with his maker after being left in a hot car while his mother went for a lip procedure in Bakersfield, California.

According to police reports, Amillio’s mother, Maya Hernandez, 20, left the deceased and his two-year-old brother strapped in their car seats inside a Toyota Corolla Hybrid car.
The sad incident occured on June 29.
The mother had reportedly checked into the Always Beautiful Med Spa for a lip filler appointment.
The mother returned to the car at 4.30 p.m and found Amillio foaming at the mouth, convulsing and unresponsive.
Further reports disclosed that the baby’s temperature had risen to 41.7°C.
He was rushed to the nearby hospital but was pronounced dead before 6.00 p.m.
Fortunately, his brother with whom he was on the car survived.

The mother defended herself by stating that she left the air conditioning on.
However, investigators said the car had a feature that automatically shuts off the engine after one hour.
Police officers found the inside of the car warm when they arrived at the scene.
It was revealed that the boys are believed to have been trapped in the vehicle for at least 90 minutes.
A nurse at Always Beautiful Med Spa told police Hernandez asked if she could bring her children inside but did not mention they were locked in the car.
Hernandez has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and child cruelty.
The mother is currently held on more than Sh. 140 million bail and is expected to be arraigned in court on Friday, July 11.
The incident sparked outrage on social media with many people condemning Hernandez for being a careless mother.
Many netizens sent out pleas urging parents never to leave their children in their cars unsupervised.
