UoN Retains Crown as Kenya’s Best University in 2026 as Strathmore, Kenyatta University Follow Closely


The University of Nairobi (UoN) has once again cemented its position as Kenya’s leading institution of higher learning after being ranked the country’s top university in the latest 2026 university rankings.

According to the latest UniRank rankings, UoN emerged as the best university in Kenya, ahead of Strathmore University and Kenyatta University, which secured the second and third positions respectively.
