Well, Kenyans recently proved him wrong after giving him the most views on his new song Gunga, in which he featured online sensations Patelo Na Dee as the video vixens.
Nairobi News has learnt Gunga hit the 1 million views mark on YouTube on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, in a move that got the musician off the hinges.

Celebrating the feat, Will Paul took to social media and posted a screenshot from YouTube showing his song Gunga had accrued 1 million views in just 12 days.
In his post, the star threw cold salvos at his longtime nemesis Bahati while noting his numbers are all organic.
According to the Vigelegele crooner, he managed to get the views not with publicity stunts but pure love from his fans.
He insisted that fellow musicians can achieve the feat by just releasing respectful songs and without chasing clout.
“1 million organic views in 12 days. No kiki no scandals. Just good and respectful music. Keep streaming fam,” he wrote.
His post excited hundreds of his fans who camped in the comments section to congratulate him.
Many vowed to keep supporting him and taking his brand to even greater heights only if he keeps releasing decent songs.

It should be noted that Pozze’s celebratory post came barely five hours after Bahati released his new song, Seti which has sparked mixed reactions online.
While a section of netizens lauded Bahati for his latest release, many called him out for dropping a very raunchy and disrespectful song.
Bahati’s new music video featured himself and a curvy video vixen who could not stop shaking what her mama gave her in the entire visual.
