TikTok has become one of the world’s most popular social platforms, allowing millions of users to share short videos every day. Over time, some creators find themselves with hundreds or even thousands of videos on their profile. Whether you are rebranding your page, clearing old content, or simply starting afresh, you may want to delete everything at once. However, TikTok currently does not provide a single button that deletes all videos in bulk. Each video has to be removed individually.
Even though there is no built-in mass delete feature, there are reliable methods that can help speed up the process and make it easier to clear your profile without manually deleting one clip at a time. Below is a detailed guide on how to do it efficiently across different devices.
All TikTok videos you upload are saved to your profile. If your account is public, these videos can be seen by anyone. If private, only you or approved followers can view them. Before deleting, consider whether you want to save some videos offline, keep drafts, or download them first. Once deleted, the content cannot be recovered.
Method 1: Deleting Videos Manually, One by One
This is the most direct method available on TikTok.
- Open the TikTok app and tap the Profile tab.
- Open the video you want to delete.
- Tap the three dots (⋯) on the right side of the video.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm Delete again.
This method is simple, but it can be time-consuming if you have many videos.
Method 2: Using the “Select Multiple” Feature (Available in Some Regions)
Some TikTok versions allow users to manage content in bulk.
- Go to your Profile.
- Tap the three lines (≡) in the top corner to open Settings and Privacy.
- Select Manage Account.
- Look for Download Your Data or Manage Videos.
- If “Select Multiple Videos” is available, choose several videos and delete them at the same time.
This feature is not available on all devices or regions, so you may not see it.
Method 3: Using TikTok on Desktop Browser
Accessing TikTok through desktop can make deleting faster because the interface is easier to navigate.
- Open TikTok on your web browser and sign in.
- Go to your Profile and open your Videos section.
- Select a video, then click the More Options button.
- Choose Delete and confirm.
While it still deletes one video at a time, the desktop process is faster due to easier video navigation.
Method 4: Third-Party Auto-Tap Apps (Android Only)
Some apps allow automated screen taps to speed up repetitive actions. This can help if you have many videos, though it must be used carefully.
- Install an auto-clicker app from Google Play.
- Open TikTok and open a video.
- Set the auto-click points on the menu icon and the delete button.
- Start the auto-tap and let it repeat the process.
This method does not violate TikTok’s policy as long as it only automates taps and does not attempt to hack or manipulate features. However, caution is needed to avoid accidental actions.
Method 5: Delete Your Entire TikTok Account
If your goal is to wipe everything permanently and start completely fresh, deleting your entire account is the fastest method.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap the three lines (≡).
- Select Settings and Privacy.
- Tap Manage Account.
- Choose Delete Account and follow the prompts.
Your account will be deactivated for 30 days before permanent deletion. During this period, no one can view your profile.
Should You Save Your Videos Before Deleting?
If your videos contain memories or important content, consider downloading them:
- Open the video.
- Tap the three dots (⋯).
- Select Save Video.
This stores the video to your gallery or camera roll.
