Although this won’t reveal the identities of individuals who shared your videos, it will show you patterns such as the types of videos that receive the most shares and the time frames when your content is performing best.
Using Notifications and Comments for Clues
While TikTok does not notify you directly about who shared your video, you can sometimes find clues through user interactions. For example, someone may comment on your video after sharing it, or their followers may start liking and commenting on your content soon after. In such cases, it’s possible to identify users who actively engage with and potentially share your videos by monitoring patterns in comments and followers.
Privacy Limitations on TikTok
It’s important to understand that TikTok values user privacy and doesn’t allow creators to see exactly who shared their content. This policy is in place to protect users who may want to share videos privately or with friends without being identified.
