Singer Willy Paul has finally acknowledged that he went astray when he ditched gospel music for secular music.
Pozee, as he’s popularly known, recently dropped hints that his life has never been the same ever since leaving the gospel music industry.
In a Facebook post sighted by Nairobi News on Monday, February 23, the Sitolia hitmaker confessed that he currently feels lost.
The musician went on to reveal that he is contemplating going back to the gospel music scene, where it all started.
According to Willy Paul, he belongs to the church, and the diversion to the secular side did him more harm than good.
Pozee noted that he was called to spread the word of God and thinks it is high time he gets back to it.
“I feel lost, don’t know why. Maybe it’s time to go back home, where it all started. I belong to the church; I should be spreading the word 😔,” he wrote.
His revelation sparked mixed reactions on social media.
While a section of Kenyans online welcomed him back to salvation and urged him to drop more gospel hit songs, many criticized him, saying they no longer needed him in the gospel music industry.

It is important to note that Willy Paul was among the top five Kenyan gospel musicians, with his longtime nemesis Bahati following closely.
However, the singer lost a substantial number of fans and followers when he somewhat ditched gospel music for the secular side.
Well, with his recent, rather latest hint, it is clear he has learned from his mistakes and is ready to take back his rightful space.
