Former Kiss 100 presenter Oga Obinna has come out to set the record straight on alleged court battle with one of his baby mamas over child custody.
The comedian urged his fans to take it easy as there is no such thing.
It should be noted that a couple of days ago, a TikTok page purporting to be one of Obinna’s baby mamas, Mama Adalola, claimed that she had won custody of her kids after a strenuous court battle.
The post went viral in a move that forced Oga Obinna’s fans to called on him to address the issue.
Well, the father of four honoured his fans request and responded by rubbishing the claims, holding that the account in question and which started the rumour is fake.

Oga Obinna Sets Record Straight
Obinna on Wednesday , September 10, 2025, posted a video of himself in his car setting the record straight in a bid to calm his fans.
The comic confirmed he is in good terms with all his baby mamas as he urged haters to stop spreading lies on social media.
“I can see a viral story about the custody case; however, that is fake news. That is a fake account. Hakuna story kama hio. You can breathe. I see people sympathising. It is not a current happening. The kids are fine. I am okay. The insults you are throwing at her is unnecessary. I am over those dramas. That is a stage we passed a long time ago.. Any of my baby mamas can see their children anytime they want to, and I also expect to be extended the same, but it does not happen most of the time,” he said.
According to Obinna, he stopped fighting with his baby mamas a long time ago and are currently co-parenting peacefully.
He disclosed that the child custody court battles happened many moons ago when he was just joining Kiss 100.
“It’s the fees and medication I pay. But if any of my baby mamas wants to stay with the children, it’s fine. I stopped fighting. I am no longer in that space. I will never get into that space again because I made a lot of mistakes in that space and I hurt a lot of people, and I realised that the people I hurt the most are the kids, and I made peace with it. That is fake news. That was a long time ago when I joined KISS 100. We even went to court, and I stopped it. We are currently not having any fights,”he added.

The comedian also used the opportunity to advise baby daddies to provide for their children regardless of the relationship they have with their baby mamas.
He insisted that parents should practice healthy co-parenting because it is the children who always suffer when their parents fight.
“It’s a fake account. Lola and Ada are okay. Relax, man. Allow each other to see the child., It’s about the child. Dads are supposed to provide, send it. Pay the school fees, and if the kid is sick, try to come through. I know some people wanted it to be true,” he added.
Baby Mama Drama
Obinna had earlier shared about his dramas with his baby mamas.
Speaking in videos shared on his YouTube channel when he was just starting out, Obinna admitted that indeed he suffered in the hands of some of his baby mamas.
He pointed out that one not only dragged him to court over child custody but also swept his house clean, not to mention physical fights.
