A woman has opened up about the painful circumstances that led to the collapse of her marriage to a man she once considered the love of her life, revealing how a DNA test involving their second child reportedly triggered a dispute that eventually separated them.
In an emotional social media revelation, the woman identified her former husband as Mr Ramesh Rimon, explaining that their union was blessed with two daughters before their relationship took an unexpected turn.
According to her account, she had hoped to build a lasting family with Ramesh, but their marriage did not survive after he reportedly questioned whether their second child was biologically his.
She explained that her former husband struggled to accept the child because the girl allegedly did not display the physical characteristics he expected.
The disagreement reportedly became a major source of tension in their marriage, eventually contributing to their separation.

Recounting the experience, the woman maintained that she had always insisted the child belonged to Ramesh, despite the DNA results suggesting otherwise.
She argued that although the girl physically resembled her, she believed the child had inherited her father’s characteristics in other ways.
“Many years ago I was married to the love of my life, Mr Ramesh Rimon. In the union I was blessed with these lovely girls. The marriage did not last long. We broke up after the second child refused to have his genes, even the slightest,” she narrated.
The woman disclosed that she had repeatedly assured her former husband that he was the child’s biological father, but the DNA findings reportedly contradicted her position, leaving her struggling to understand what had happened.
“I told him the child was his. Externally the child looked like me, but internally it was his. The DNA said otherwise,” she added.
Perhaps the most striking part of her revelation was her insistence that she had remained faithful throughout the marriage.
She expressed confusion over the outcome, claiming that her relationship with Ramesh was the only one in which she was certain she had never been unfaithful.
“I really don’t know what and how it happened because this is the only, and I mean it when I say the only relationship I did not cheat,” she stated.
Her account has drawn attention to the emotional complications surrounding paternity disputes, particularly when DNA findings contradict what one partner believes about a child’s biological parentage.
Such disagreements can place considerable pressure on marriages, affecting trust, communication and family stability.
They can also have lasting consequences for children, who may find themselves caught between disagreements involving their parents.
DNA testing is widely used to establish biological relationships, while physical resemblance alone cannot conclusively determine whether someone is biologically related to a child.
When unexpected results emerge, questions about testing procedures and sample handling may also need to be considered.
The woman’s revelation has also opened up conversations about fidelity, marriage and the consequences of disputed paternity.
Her account is likely to attract mixed reactions from netizens, with some sympathising with her over the breakdown of her marriage while others may question how she reconciles her claims of fidelity with the reported DNA findings.
However, the former husband’s version of events has not been provided.
The woman also did not disclose whether additional DNA tests were conducted or what relationship Ramesh currently has with the two daughters.
Her story highlights the difficult realities some families face when questions about biological parentage emerge, demonstrating how such disputes can affect relationships long after a marriage has ended.
