TikTok Search History

TikTok also does not make your search terms public or visible to other users. The platform uses your search history to tailor your content recommendations, especially on the For You Page (FYP). Profile Views
While your search activity remains private, TikTok has a feature called Profile View History that allows users to see who has visited their profile. This is the only scenario where your activity might become visible—if you search for someone and then visit their profile.
However, this feature is optional and works both ways. You can only see who viewed your profile if you’ve turned on profile view history, and others can only see that you viewed their profile if they’ve also turned it on.
