Comedian Eric Omondi has extended an olive branch to Kitengela woman who had earlier been arrested for using a child to scam Kenyans through his Sisi Kwa Sisi campaign.
Taking to his social media pages on Friday, August 22, 2025, Eric shared a video of himself with the lady identified as Joyce as he disclosed he had forgiven her for her deeds.
He revealed the lady came out clean and distanced herself from the racket.

Eric apologised to Kenyans who fell victims of the lady and other culprits who are held at the Kitengela Police Station.
According to the comedian, they managed to save Sh 1 million via Joyce’s phone.
He disclosed that they withdrew Sh 500,000, but Sh 247,140 was left in Joyce’s Mswari account which he will withdraw later.
“Hey guys… We have managed to retrieve and Retain the Money from Joyce Phone. The Money will go to Kenyans who are in Dire Need. Once again I want to say a BIG POLE SANAA to team SISI KWA SISI. We LEARN and BETTER Ourselves daily,” he said.

This came just hours after Eric Omondi revealed police had arrested the masterminds of the scam.
Nairobi News had earlier reported that people sent Eric several YouTube video links featuring the kid whom Joyce was claiming was her firstborn son.
This forced him to make an appeal to Kenyans urging them to contribute funds to help the lady and her child.
It later emerged that Joyce was not even the child’s mother.
A group of people had hacked a plan to scam unsuspecting Kenyans but luckily Eric caught them on their tracks and called police on them.
