Former Economic Advisor to President William Ruto, Moses Kuria has picked a bone to chew with Kenya Kwanza leaders for claiming politicians from Central Kenya are Tribal.
Kuria, through his Twitter page asked the aforementioned politicians to stop victimising all leaders from the mountain in a bid to progress their own agendas.
In a tweet sighted by Nairobi News on Saturday, August 16, 2025, Moses Kuria specifically mentioned politicians Kemket, Mandago and Aden Duale while calling on them to stop propagating tribal politics.

According to Kuria, he will not be part of people accused of returning the country to politics of negative ethnicity.
He insisted that politicians advancing politics of negative ethnicity to take it with people they are fighting with but not the entire Kikuyu community.
Kuria also shut down claims that leaders from Central Kenya think their community is more superior than others.
“In the recent past I have listened to a number of leaders allege that there is a community that thinks it’s more superior than others. From Kamket to Mandago to Aden Duale in Balambala today. Some of us have unapologetically said NO to returning this country to the politics of negative ethnicity. Equally we will vehemently resist Wholesale condemnation and collective punishment of an entire community. If you have a problem with any individual from the Mt Kenya Community do not take it out against an entire people,” he tweeted.

The politician promised to pay leaders attacking the Kikuyu community whatever they took from them.
“If Mt Kenya people have eaten your goat Kamket, Mandago or Duale do let me know i will pay you back. Do not drive our backs against the wall. A point of no return may lead to very unintended consequences,” he added.
The latest development comes barely three months after Kuria resigned as Ruto’s advisor.
