Presenter Ali Ditches YouTube For Forex Trading


Popular YouTuber Presenter Ali has left his fans at crossroads after announcing a sudden career change.

Nairobi News has learnt Presenter Ali has now ditched his prosperous YouTube and content creation career for forex trading.

This, the young journalist disclosed after landing in the country from Dubai.

Speaking to members of the digital media on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, moments after arriving in the country, Ali stated that he decided to venture into forex trading after outgrowing YouTube and content creation.

According to the content creator, he decided to try his hand in forex trading to challenge himself having done it all on YouTube.

He reiterated that his shift is in the public domain especially after changing the description on his Instagram page that currently describes him as a forex trader.

“If you look at my Instagram bio right now, the first thing you will see is that I have described myself as having changed from a YouTuber to a trader. In the last interview I did, I said that in life there comes a point where you feel you have outgrown a certain space, and you want to take on the next challenge. My next challenge right now is definitely forex trading, regardless of anything or any bad comments that may come out of this video,” Ali said.

He also used the opportunity to dispel rumours that he is now scamming people.

The journalist noted that his conscience is clear and he knows he has never scammed anyone despite allegations of the same.

He said that he is ready to refund anyone who will come forward and provide evidence that he scammed them.

“Some people are saying that because I have started forex trading, I am now scamming people. I actually do not care, as far as my conscience is clear and I know I have not scammed anyone. If anyone can come forward and say that Presenter Ali scammed them, I will give them any amount of money they mention,” he said.

The latest turn of events comes after he took a long hiatus from content creation, a move that left his fans and followers with more questions than answers.

Prior to his change of career, Ali was a successful YouTuber boasting of thousands of subscribers and viewership.
