Doctors Reveal Possible Causes Of Death For TikToker Milly Wa Doc

Doctors at Nakuru Teaching and Referral Hospital have shed light on the possible medical causes of death for popular TikToker Milka Nyaituga, widely known as Milly wa Doc, who died on June 2, 2025.

Her passing has since stirred public emotion, social media speculation, and calls for official investigations.

Speaking to NTV, one of the attending doctors revealed that Milly’s death may have been related to pregnancy complications.

She was admitted to the hospital on May 26 as a referral from a private facility, in a condition the doctor described as “fairly unstable.”

“At the time of admission, she was experiencing heavy bleeding and pain, with an estimated pregnancy of around six months,” the doctor said.

“She was stabilized, transfused, and taken to surgery later that day to remove the pregnancy and stop the bleeding.”

Despite the efforts, her condition failed to improve. Doctors noted signs of kidney failure and sepsis during her stay in the ward.

Dialysis was initiated and antibiotics were adjusted, but she succumbed to her condition on the third day after surgery.

Following her death, speculation on social media pointed to other contributing factors.

Milly had openly shared struggles with depression, toxic relationships, and financial hardship including reports of rent arrears leading many online users to suggest that stress may have played a role in her health deterioration.

However, the medical team at Nakuru Hospital disputed these narratives, emphasizing that clinical complications were the main cause.

The death of the beloved content creator known for her humorous and heartfelt TikTok videos under the couple name “Mummy and Daddy” alongside her ex-partner, a doctor named Zac has sparked a nationwide conversation.

After the couple’s separation, Milly later appeared in videos with a new partner, identified as Odeke.

Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris has called for an official investigation.

“The Chief Government Pathologist, Dr. Johansen Oduor, should be urgently involved.

I also urge the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) to look into the allegations online, particularly those involving her ex-partner, reportedly a licensed medical professional,” Passaris said.

Milly’s story continues to resonate deeply with her fans and the public, with many calling for transparency, accountability, and support for young women facing similar challenges.

An autopsy report is expected to be released in the coming days, as authorities and medical experts continue their investigations.
