Controversial musician Kelechi Africana has taken time to appreciate and thank Susumila Yusuf’s wife Ruth Jimmy for changing his music colleague’s life.
The Ring crooner on Saturday, August 30, 2025, took to social media and posted Ruth’s photo, followed by sweet compliments.
In a post sighted by Nairobi News, the star thanked Ruth for agreeing to be married by Susumila and helping him to settle down.

Kelechi Africana Pampers Susumila’s Wife
According to Kelechi, his famous colleague would still be a bachelor if Ruth did not come into his life.
The Naangalia Kiuno hitmaker advised Ruth to keep her husband busy with sweet love and romance so others can also thrive in the much competitive music industry.
He jokingly claimed other Mombasa artists like himself are now thriving thanks to Susumila’s hiatus from the industry.
The musician joked that other artists would not be successful today or even get shows if the Ngangari hitmaker was still out there single and doing music.
He insinuated that at least Ruth saved them from being bewitched by Susumila, allegations he has vehemently fought in the past few years.
“Kama sio hii pisi susu angekuwa bachelor mpaka leo 🤭🤭🤭 a long lilo to Ruth Jimmy huyo mzee umedhibiti vilivyo kidogo ndipo tumeacha kurogwa mpe yote akijam tutakosa show bana,” he wrote.

Does Susumila Use Witchcraft?
His post cracked his followers who camped in the comments section to urgent him to stop casting friendly fire to Susumila.

Many even claimed the musician stole their ‘stars’ using black magic.
This is solely because he has been the only artist from Mombasa who kept being booked for shows, cooperate endorsements and other deals.
