Bomboclat: Kenyan Prince irks netizens after washing hands using Sh60k Clase Azul Reposado liquor

Controversial Kenyan forex trader Kenyan Prince has once again stirred debate online after a viral video showed him and his friends washing their hands with an expensive bottle of tequila during a night out in Eldoret.

The flashy trader, known for flaunting wealth on social media, left many Kenyans stunned after photos and videos of the stunt surfaced online, igniting a heated debate about extravagance, clout chasing and financial responsibility.

Lavish Night At Tamasha Eldoret

Kenyan Prince on Friday, March 6, flexed his wallet while partying with friends at Tamasha Eldoret, where revelers had gathered for a major entertainment event.

Prince, in his usual flamboyant demeanor, reportedly brought Eldoret to a standstill with his heavy spending and opulence, drawing attention from partygoers who watched as the young forex trader and his crew splashed money throughout the night.

The trader was among revelers who had turned up for a show headlined by popular Kenyan entertainer DJ Pierra Makena.

According to videos shared online, Kenyan Prince and fellow “Smart Boys,” a group many believe to be forex traders and wealthy young entrepreneurs, stunned other revelers with their energetic vibe and flashy lifestyle.

The Sh60,000 Azul Stunt

As the party intensified, Kenyan Prince reportedly purchased alcohol worth thousands of shillings, including a premium bottle of Clase Azul Reposado tequila, which retails at around Sh60,000 in many Kenyan high-end clubs.

However, unlike other revelers who enjoyed their drinks normally, Prince and his friends shocked the crowd when they opened the pricey tequila and began washing their hands with it.

Photos and clips of the group pouring the luxury liquor onto their hands while laughing and celebrating quickly spread across social media platforms.

Within hours, the images had gone viral, sparking mixed reactions from Kenyans online.

Netizens Blast Kenyan Prince

Many social media users condemned the act, accusing the forex trader of showing off and wasting money in a country where millions are struggling with the rising cost of living.

Countless Kenyans took to the comments section of a post shared by Tamasha Eldoret, blasting Prince for what they termed as an unnecessary display of wealth.

Some netizens argued that pouring such an expensive drink on hands instead of consuming it was disrespectful and insensitive.

Others simply expressed disbelief that someone would deliberately spill such a costly drink.

Thee Pluto Keeps It Low-Key

Interestingly, fellow forex trader and influencer Thee Pluto was also present at the event.

However, unlike Prince, Pluto maintained a calm demeanor throughout the night and did not participate in the flashy stunt.

As a result, many netizens praised Pluto for enjoying the party without showing off his wealth.

A multitude of online users lauded him for his composed approach, while simultaneously dragging Kenyan Prince for his extravagant move.

A Controversial Figure Online

This is not the first time Kenyan Prince has found himself trending for controversial reasons.

The young trader, whose real name is Raymond Omosa, rose to prominence through social media where he frequently shares videos showcasing luxury cars, stacks of cash and expensive lifestyles associated with forex trading.

His flashy displays of wealth have earned him both admirers and critics, with some young Kenyans viewing him as a symbol of financial success while others question the authenticity of his claims.

Prince has also previously faced backlash for controversial online stunts and allegations related to his trading ventures, though he often brushes off criticism and continues to live his life publicly on social media.

For now, the Tamasha Eldoret incident has once again placed the self-proclaimed “youngest sponsor” at the center of online debate, proving that when it comes to grabbing attention, Kenyan Prince rarely misses the spotlight.
