Former Deux Vultures artist Colonel Mustafa is still madly in love with his ex-lover Noti Flow and is not shy to try his luck with her again.
This, the star brought to the public attention on the night of Monday, August 25, 2025, after going down on one knee to ask for the lass’ hand in marriage.
Nairobi News had earlier reported Noti Flow and Mustafa recently released their latest collabo dubbed Katika and have been on a heavy media tour to promote their song.

Disappointments Galore
Well, it was during their appearance on Oga Obinna TV when Mustafa thought it wise to pour his heart out, expressing his undying love for the beauty.
Midway the interview, Mustafa stunned everyone after removing an engagement ring and offered it to Noti Flow while asking her to marry him.
He even went as far as declaring that he is ready to tattoo Noti’s name on any part of his body at her request.
The Adhiambo C crooner showered Noti with flowery words and assured her of unending love before going forth with his proposal.
“Today I want to tell you something, I don’t know how you will take it. You’ve been special since way back and you still hold a special place in my heart. I love you very much, more than any other lady I have ever been with. You are the queen and I am ready to tattoo your name on any part of my body any time……Will you marry me?” Mustafa posed.
A confused Noti was left in shock and spared no time in turning him down.
According to the femcee, she could not accept Mustafa’s proposal because she is already in another relationship.
Her feedback broke Mustafa’s heart but he was consoled by their host Oga Obinna who urged him not to give up on love following the rejection.
Why Noti Flow’s Boyfriend Is Angry
About 24 hours later, Noti Flow went online and disclosed her lover was not happy with the fact that she turned down Mustafa’s proposal.
She posted a photo of herself followed by the caption;
“My boyfriend is mad at me coz my ex proposed and I said no.”

It is important to note that Mustafa and Noti dated for a couple of months some years back but parted ways.
Explaining the reason behind their breakup, the former Ogopa DJs signee revealed that Noti was stubborn.
