Kenyan TikTok has been thrown into mourning following the reported death of popular content creator and TikToker Patrick Mbacio, popularly known online as The Patrick The Truth.
Mbacio was reportedly found dead inside his home in Nakuru on Sunday, September 27, 2026, after neighbours became concerned when they had not seen him for an extended period.
According to reports, the TikToker had not been seen for nearly two days.
Concerned neighbours eventually raised the alarm and forced their way into his house, where they reportedly discovered his body.
