“This is Cop Shakur’s life now. I have suffered setbacks for a couple of months. I have been trying so hard as a young man, trying to do business and also trying to be an activist and an active citizen. I have failed. I have really failed. As a young person and as a father,” he revealed.
He went on to disclose that he has tried to end his life multiple times but failed, which has made him realise that God has a purpose for him and his daughter.
According to Shakur, he was comfortable while running his car hire business but things went south when some of his car’s got into accidents, while others broke down.
This, he revealed sunk him deeper into debts which got him auctioned.
The situation got even worse when his wife left him when he could not longer take care of her.
“I was once married, right now I am alone, I have nothing. My wife cheated on me, and I do not blame her. I was not the perfect person. I was so focused on solving other things. I have tried so many businesses, used a lot of money, and it rained. I cannot blame God. I have been auctioned, I am in debt, I owe so many people,” he added.
His revelation sent his fans and followers into an emotional turmoil with quite a number coming out to support and encourage him.
Many urged him to hang on in there as things will eventually look up.
Others, however, took to remind him that he should have thought of losing his job before criticising the government, his employer.
