Legendary Nigerian musician 2Face Idibia has for the longest time been the best there is in the music industry.
With over two decades in the music game, the star has won many accolades with more still coming his way.
When 2Face Idibia released African Queen in May 15 2004, he knew it would be a massive hit song but never in his wildest dreams did he imagine it would reign for decades.
Well, the musician was recently honoured by American Music Magazine, Billboard after the entity ranked his song African Queen the Afrobeats Song Of All-Times.

Nairobi News understands Billboard recently released its list of the Top 50 Best Afrobeats Songs of All-Time with 2Face’s “African Queen” ranked as the number one Best Afrobeats song.
The list curated by Billboard staff also has Wizkid as the only musician with double entries in the top 10, with “Ojuelegba” at number 2 and “Essence” featuring Tems at number 5.
Other notable artists who featured in the top 10 list include Rema with ‘Calm Down’ at number 4, Favour with ‘Nwa Baby (Ashawo Remix)’ at number 3, and CKay with ‘Love Nwantiti’ at number 6.

The list is dominated by Nigerian artists, but Ghanaian stars Fuse ODG and Sarkodie also made appearances with ‘Azonto’ featuring Itz Tiffany at number 18 and ‘Adonai’ featuring Castro at number 19, respectively.
Yemi Alade is the highest-ranked female lead artist on the list with ‘Johnny’ at number 15.
